Our construction management services include taking care of planning process, preparing requests for tenders and contract documents, providing the safety documents and helping in selecting a contractor. If needed, we can also take care of site supervision. The goal of our services is to attend to the client’s technical and financial interests, that is, to ensure that the desired technical structure is made in the most cost-effective way possible and to the highest quality.
We tailor the scope of our construction management services to fit the client’s needs. Smaller projects may only require some of the services, while larger projects can be handled by a construction consultant from start to finish.
Our hands-on approach and experience of several land and environmental construction projects ensure smooth communication between the various parties related to the project. With one partner involved from the start, less time is spent on information transfer, plans and contracts are clear and the quality of supervision remains high throughout the construction project.

Taking care of the planning process
We help our client obtain the necessary plans, drawings and specifications from the designer. The client's goals and requirements are defined in the commission to ensure that the planned solutions match the desired outcome.

Preparing contract documents and requests for tender
Construction projects require contract and tender request documents that we prepare for the client. This allows our clients to focus on their core business.

Site supervision
The task of the site supervisor is to oversee the construction on behalf of the client and to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the plans and quality and safety requirements while remaining on schedule and within the budget.

Safety coordination
A safety coordinator sees to the planning and supervision of occupational safety in the construction project on behalf of the client. The role of the coordinator is statutory (Government Decree 205/2009).
